Emma

Emma started her career within the Prison Service and moved into HR and progressed up the promotional ladder toTrainer and Manager. Within 6 years she had reached senior executive leader level and became the HR Business Partner for a large complex inner city prison.

During her career she continually developed her skills. She is MCIPD qualified, a Coach and completed her NLP Master and Practitioner trainings with Kath Temple.

Emma then became responsible for the implementation of the Coaching Strategy within the Ministry of Justice Leadership Development Team.

After some time away from work following the premature birth of her daughter, Emma changed career paths and went into Education. Within a short time she was working as Chief Financial Officer, successfully setting up a Multi Academy Trust again within an inner city setting. She is now Head of HR for the Multi-Academy Trust. And we’re glad to have her on-board in our THF Team too.
